Blue Cheese Dressing is a delicious option for salad, a dip for veggies or an ingredient for making buffalo chicken dip! Most commercial blue cheese dressings contain onions, garlic or those mystery ingredients of natural flavors or spices which are code for onion and garlic. Here is an easy and delicious recipe to make your own.
Ingredients:
- 2 Ounces Crumbled Blue Cheese or Plant Based Substitute
- ¼ Cup Safe Mayonnaise or Plant Based Substitute
- ¼ Cup Sour Cream or Plant Based Substitute
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Minced Fresh or Dried Parsley
- ½ tsp Organic Sugar, Honey, or Natural Sweetener
- ⅛ tsp Healthy Salt
- ⅛ tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Directions:
Step 1: Combine all ingredients in blender cup and pulse until well combined.
Step 2: If consistency is too thick, add a liquid like water, milk or plant based milk. Add the liquid a Tbsp at a time to achieve the desired consistency. For dip, the consistency is thicker than the dressing for a salad.
