Missing this salad dressing? I was.

I kept searching to find a safe brand of sweet pickles or relish that didn’t contain ingredients like “spices” or “natural flavors”.  I finally found one in an international section of my grocery store.  Prior to my diagnosed food allergies, I would make this salad dressing all the time. This was the first salad dressing my mother made when I was a child.  Don’t tell anyone, but it’s also known as the secret sauce at many of the fast food burger restaurants.

Ingredients:

  • ½ Cup Safe Chopped Sweet Pickles like Belveder Cucumber Salad
  • ½ Cup Safe Mayonnaise like Sir Kensington
  • ¼ Cup Safe Ketchup like Fody
  • ¼ tsp Himalayan Salt
  • ½ tsp Organic Sugar or sweetener

    PACK Thousand Island Dressing

    Directions:

Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until well combined. Ingredients can be mixed by hand. Use on salad, burger, sandwich or wrap.
