Enjoy a quick dinner of burgers with your favorite toppings, lettuce wrapped or on a bun!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of Ground Turkey
- 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ Cup Minced Celery and Carrots
- 1 Tbsp Minced Fresh or Dried Parsley
- 1 Egg Beaten or Equivalent Egg Substitute
- ¼ Cup Gluten Free Breadcrumbs
- ½ tsp Healthy Salt
- ¼ tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- ¼ tsp Smoked Paprika

Directions:
Step 1: In a small saute’ pan heat olive oil over medium heat until glistening and add celery/carrot mixture and parsley. Saute’ until tender 3-5 minutes. If you like to taste your vegetables in your burger, leave veggies raw and uncooked, they will soften during the grilling process. Remove from heat and let cool.
Step 2: Add cooled mixture to medium sized mixing bowl with the ground turkey. Mix in the egg, bread crumbs, and spices until well combined. If the mixture feels too wet, let it sit in the fridge for 15 minutes until it sets.
Step 3: Form the mixture into 4, ¼ pound burgers.
Step 4: Cook in a frying pan, broiler or grill until meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F.
