Go into most restaurants and you’ll see something on the menu with Buffalo sauce. Unfortunately, most commercial sauces contain onions or garlic and chemical preservatives. This sauce is easy to make, and you control what goes into it. This creamy, spicy, and flavorful version is great on wings, in buffalo chicken dip, on eggs or sandwiches or in any dish that needs some zing!
Ingredients:
- ⅔ Cup Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce (Read the Label and Make Sure It Contains Only 2-3 Ingredients & No Alliums)
- ½ Cup Unsalted Butter or Ghee
- ½ tsp Pack Worcestershire Sauce
- ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper (More or Less to Taste)
- ¼ tsp Salt

Directions:
Step 1: In a small saucepan melt the butter on low heat
Step 2: Add all other ingredients and increase the heat to medium. Stir until all ingredients are combined and begins to bubble. Immediately remove from heat and let cool, sauce should thicken.
Step 3: (Optional) If it doesn’t thicken, make a “slurry” by combining 1 Tbsp Cornstarch or Arrowroot powder with a ¼ cup of water until dissolved. Return sauce to heat and bring to a simmer, slowly stir in the slurry mixture and watch it thicken.
Use in your favorite recipe and enjoy!
